I have a 79 Cadillac Deville with a 425 want to know to change the oil pump do
you have to drop the oil pan ?

Be sure to pack the new oil pump with Vaseline before you install it. The pump needs to be primed and if you don't use the Vaseline you won't have any oil pressure. Hope that helps! Jim
