2017 3.5 Altima requiring multiple ECM recoding

Hey all,

Every few months my 2017 3.5 Altima gets
jerking right around 20 mph and it feels like
the transmission is off. 64k miles. The two
times I took it in, Nissan told me the ecu
needing recoding. Doing that does help for a
few months but I end up back in the shop
getting it done frequently. Does this diagnose
make sense? I feell like theyre bull shitting me
and holding out on addressing a transmission
problem bc the cars still under warranty.

Also, the first time this happened I was at a red light in drive. The card reved to 5rpm,’jerked forward and then idled to 0 rpms. When I hit the gas the car wouldn’t go over 10 mph. I was able to pull over turn off the car and car drove at higher rpm then normal but reached normal speed
