I recently purchased an 2017 INFINTI QX50. I have been using Shell V Premium will it be okay to use just premium or regular gas?

I would continue to use premium but most any brand should be OK. I have never noticed anything special about Shell gas.

Will Premium 91 be safe? The dealer says Premium 93 and the cost is ridiculous! I'm sorry I didn't research before purchasing it..

If all you can get is 91 octane it should be good. Read the owners manual for more information but I know for a fact that California only has 91 octane premium and there are plenty of Q50's out here.

The 2017 QX50 has the VQ37 V6. 91 is recommended especially in hotter temps. You can safely use 89 octane. Never use lower.
