Driven very low miles

2016 Infinity QX50. Since I've retired I only drive
this car aprox 1,000 miles per year.
It now has only 12,000 miles on it and I bought it
new. How often should I be changing the oil ?

I would do it once a year at a minimum. Do you garage it? Does it rain a lot there?
