Capt. hindsight says you should have used a memory saver , sorry that's all I got , it may have to be towed to the dealer I don't know . Ain't technology great ?

Try locking then unlocking the vehicle with your key fob. For future reference make sure the security system is not set before disconnecting the battery. Hope that helps! Jim

Hard to believe that changing out a battery on a vehicle would trigger an anti-theft security system. I have done this several times and NO issue like this occurred. I suggest that you add a new battery to your FOB and/or try your additional (wife's) FOB to lock and open the doors. Also, measure the battery voltage level at the battery and especially at the ends of the cables that connect to the battery where they connect to the chassis, starter, and other engine locations. After that I would go to the dash button for configuration options and turn off the security system option. Hope this helps.
