Usually if the window goes down but not up it is the switch, the switch reverses the polarity to make the motor run one direction for up then the other direction for down. Usually takes a hour of labor time to remove the door panel replace the switch and reinstall the door panel. Provided they don’t break anything during the process.
It's just a failed master switch or a break in the wiring from it. If the switch works, you can test it, the break is likely in the wore that runs from the door to the car body. Those wires flex each time the door is moved.
