Stuff like this can happen with any car; particularly with all the computer systems they carry. Most likely this is a simple software update. Take it to the dealer and they can make sure all the modules are up-to-date and can re-set any problems. If you want to try something yourself I would say you can try disconnecting the battery for 30mins to an hour and then hooking it back up, this can sometimes clear out whatever is causing the issue.

My widows in 2014 ford fusion work. Ihave the Prime warranty on my car.
I had the same issue: No power to the following items: AC, passenger front & Back Windows, passenger mirror and external temp indicator. Ford performed a diagnostic tests and found that there was a possible water intrusion to the following connectors: C1812, C168C, C1717 and C134. Eventually they found there was water in connector C134 which they blew it off with air and applied electrical grease. This fixed my problem.
Disconnecting the battery did work. Well, until I drive it to the dealership to look at it. That was about 15 mins. Parked the car at the service dept. entrance and turned it off. Waited for about 5 mins. for the dept. to open and low and behold, the a/c nor the windows were working. I recalled the trunk off my car evidently wasn’t closed all the way…had a big case in it. I thought it was closed. But, a rainstorm came and the trunk got soaked. Luckily, I didn’t have anything important in the trunk. On the way back home, the next day, the a/c, windows and message on the screen happened. I bet the issues are related to that water getting in the trunk.
I took my car to the dealership. They stated that the Interface Module Part #: 19A387 (BT4T14F014) Media Hub Includes (2) USB Ports, An SD Card Reader And Audio/Video Jacks, 07/15/2013 - 04/06/2015, Fusion, 2.0L Duratec Hybrid (130kW), Human Machine Interface 4 needs to be replaced for over $950.00 Well, I ordered the $89 part off of Parts.ford.com and will install it myself. Plus, I still don’t think it will fix the problem. “Fromarate” stated it was a connector C134 was damp. Does anyone know where that connector is located and the associated part number?
Well, I got the final estimate for the repairs, $1,132.00. It includes a Battery Electric Control Module Part #: 10B687 for $478. So, now I will try to figure it out. Thank God it is October and the weather is cooling down here in Houston. I will try to do the connector drying process. I will install the module that I got, however I now know why there was a huge difference in the price…it’s the wrong module. LOL!

Had the same problem on my 2017 Ford Fusion. Would last a few minutes and then come back on, but sometimes lasted hours. Tried disconnecting the battery, but it would not help. Took it to the dealer and they found that the Gateway Module was not communicating properly. Had multiple communication codes in the computer when they were running their diagnosis. Hopefully that fixes the problem.
