I replace the interior door panels, the bezel trim around the power locks and
door handle now does not "click" back into place. any suggestions?
Everything lines up, but the tabs don't seem "long enough" to engage. Any
suggestions would be helpful...

How far off do the tabs seem to be? With a new door panel that hasn't shrunk with age and wear, you may just need to press harder on the bezels...within the limits of it breaking, of course. Try to apply even pressure across the whole panel, and even a good whack with the heel of your hand may be in order. Also make sure there aren't any metal clips missing from the bezels that snap in. Might want to look in the old door panel to see if they got left behind.

Thank you for the solution, after examining the bezels, I removed the metal clips that came with the replacement bezel and replaced them with the factory clips from the original bezels. Now they work perfectly and snap into place.
