I have a 95 Chevy truck 305v8 when I start it up
you have to give it a lil gas when it starts up it
spudders.when goin down the roads it spudders it
shuts off wait a couple seconds it starts back up

Either a weak spark or a fuel issue. Take a look at the spark, see if it is white in color, not orange which would indicate a weak spark. Look at the fuel injectors as it is idling, they should be spraying a nice cone spray mist, no dripping at all. Check these things and I can tell you more then in how to fix the problem.
