No fluid coming from new clutch master cylinder

Ok so I bought this 88 Chevy 3500... I had to replace the clutch master
cylinder and slave cylinder and am unable to bleed it no matter what I do..

Have tried the , pedal up, open bleed screw, press pedal to the floor, close
bleed screw , wait 15 secs and repeat and nothing...

Any advice???
