Question type: Maintenance & Repair

blows cold out passenger side and warm for driver.  Replaced driver side blend
door and still have a fault in dic of bo361, bo 441.  regardless with actuator
disconnected and manually closing door the driver side does not appear to
have cold airflow from evaporator coil.  is there somewhere else in the ducting
that could cause this.

Thanks for the response. I feel like an idiot. When I started this research several months ago I naturally checked all the basics before ripping the dash off. The driver blend door was bad and I relaced it just to have the same problem. What fooled me was the problem remained the same and I had very cold air out the passenger and warm on drivers side with the door manually closed. Here is an eye opener. The evaporator coil was physically cold on passenger side and warm on the driver half. This prompted me to check the charge which was just below lowest level. Charged system up and everythings fine. Don't know if it was from sitting or if I have a leak. Still don't understand how the coil all one piece would only cool half at low pressure.
