Trip / reset button not working

Asked by Dillon Nov 06, 2018 at 11:57 AM about the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The trip / reset buttons on the bottom right of
my steering wheel are not working. I got an
oil change and they were not able to reset
the service light. Upon messing with the
buttons, they work sparingly if I press them in
a weird way. There’s no telling if how I’m
pressing them is what is making the buttons
work. The tire light is also on despite my
adjusting the tire pressure. Not sure if that
has any direct relationship to the steering
wheel buttons not working correctly.
