Car will crank but not start

So my 2001 Volvo v70 cross country turbo,was running rough, some
misfiring.So changed the spark plugs,mind you,one at a time,gapped at .028,
new boots and spring coils.Started car as soon as all were replaced,great it
started. went inside to wash up and take it around the block,10 mins time.
Car will only crank like it's going to start but will not turn over!  Help!!
