SES light Engine Knocking and RPMs bounce

So I just got this 03 infinity i35 and everything was good
it's just there was a engine hesitation and I was told that it
was the ingnition coil ? The RPMs fluctuate up and down
idling and I hear a knocking from the engine sometimes . I
was thinking many because the engine was shaking
against something but idk someone please help

Check the knock sensor. It regulates the timing. I'm having a similar issue on my xterra
