when car is in park why is it making knocking noise could it be the rack? i have changed both cv joints

i replaced both cv joints, both control arms ,engine mounts,but it still makes knocking
noise what could it be it does not make the noise when driving but when in park with car
running and turning the wheel it does make the knocking noise.
