Air in clutch line

Can anyone tell me how air can be entered and trapped inside clutch fluid
lines.

AIR FROME A LOW FLUID OR.....A OPEN LEAK....LOOK UNDER IT PLEASE AT THE REAR OF THE WHEELS ...FOR WETNESS/FLUID..
