Question type: Car Customization

I want to convert my stock turn signals into LED, but i want to do without the
hyperblink. I've done some research into this, and have ended up confusing
myself. I don't know if I have to add resistors in order to stop the hyperblink, or
if I can simply change the flasher relay.
