Those are not really a junk yard part , go with new . What problem are you having ?

Not a good idea! God only knows what the used sensor has been through, it's been sitting in the junkyard for God knows how long exposed to moisture, which is never good for an electrical part. Buy a new one, then you know what you're getting! But remember, not all check engine light problems are caused by the oxygen sensor or the gas cap! Scan the computer for trouble codes and go from there. Most auto parts stores will scan the computer for free. Hope that helps! Jim
