I have a fluid leak and don't know if the hose needs a cap or missing a hose line. Please help.

I notice fluid leaking out of the the house from the picture and don't know if
there is a cap missing or hose connected to the opening of the hose that leaks
out fluid.

If it is connected to radiator or reservoir it could be a overflow hose. What color was fluid

Is it on the firewall? Looks like the A/C condenser drain. Should be water that flows out, and there for a reason.
