What those the code cd£c mean.?

On my 2000 Ford Explorer I got a light in the dashboard
that turns on and stays on but the code has a weird
symbol on it don't know what it means can you assist me
and help me

The weird digit is the symbol for the Euro. I have no idea what this might mean as it is not a OBD2 code.
