I'm confused. Why it now how's. Different codes
after I changed one of my coils

You're on the right track to change a coil for a misfire. But clear your codes and see what comes back. If you have "coil on plug" there are four, maybe six of them. Or you have a coil pack. A misfire can be sparkplugs or fuel injectors too.

Now I changed my spark plugs and its still doing it now it dies when I'm at a red light so I have to put it in neutral til the light turns green and it pops a few times when I accelerate and hesitates. I just don't go real fast so now my next step is to test my fuel injectors

Considering it's age and presumed high miles, you may have a timing belt that jumped a cog or two. Have someone look at it's condition through an inspection port. Most have one. Also, ignition problems can involve the cam and crank sensors too...P0340 and P0320 if it shows a code. Any code in the P0300 area is ignition related.
