One radiator fan stop but another one does not

After driving the car and engine off, one radiator cooling fan stop, but another
one takes approx 5-7min.

Run a live data scan to see what the actual engine temperature is, if it’s under 200 degrees and the fan it still running you may have a bad cooling fan switch or a sticky fan relay. One fan is for AC the other is for engine cooling, but both may run when AC is turned on.

Well, one fan is for the radiator and one is for the AC condenser. Diagnosis depends on which fan it is. I'm guessing it's the condenser fan that's delayed, and that's normal, unless the engine is overheating, and by your question, it doesn't seem so. Next time you have the car serviced, have the mechanic evaluate this.
