My 1992 honda accord shut down while driving has no power NOTHING

I got it towed home an the driver looked an
said it was the main fuse was out I just
replaced it but still nothing...

Have battery load tested and also get alternator checked. There may be several fuses in your car for the starting/charging system, as well as some relays for that as well. The problem could be any of those going bad, and it could also be as simple as a disconnected or rotted cable causing loss of electrical power.
