Blinkers not working and the hazards working

Why is my blinkers not working but my
hazards do

because they are on different circuits. your signals work off what is called a relay ( it reads the current on the circuit and then traps it back and forth and that's why you here tick , tick, tick, because it's actually "shorts" the line repeatedly. That's also why it's not a fuse YET in the fuse box area. good luck
