my key fob intermittently has started not working to open any door and occasionally wont' start the car

First thing I would do is change the battery. If it is weak the fobs can act up. If it still does not work, try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yk5_wFMU1dM You can also google How to reprogram a key fob for a 2015 Honda Accord.
