Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1993 Honda accord with ABS.  It has pedal
pressure.  It has plenty of pad left . but it doesn't
want to stop. Takes half the parking lot to stop it.
But it has good pedal pressure . any ideas ?  And
motor seemes to be working it makes noise when
you stomp the pedal hard.

The first place I'd look is at the calipers. If they haven't been rebuilt in 14 years, and the brake fluid hasn't been changed regularly, the piston can freeze up in the bore. I'd start there.

Do your rotor or rotors have surface rust on either of them looking like the pads are not being compressed on them? Right after a drive that is.
