Honda brakes problen

Originally one of the brake lines to the master cylinder was leaking cause I didn't flare it right but I replaced the line & the leak from the master cylinder stopped leaking but the other side of the brake line that goes into the abs modulator started leaking.
I accidentally stripped the threading in the abs modulator so I went down to u pull it & got another abs modulator but the abs modulator that I got came from a Honda with a v6 engine while my car is a 1994 Honda accord 4 cylinder with a 2.2 liter.
The abs that I picked up looked exactly the same but it's slightly different.
I picked up just the frame & left all the electronics, so I put all my electronics on the new abs frame & The solenoids in the abs modulator were slightly longer than the one It came with so i cut a few washers on the solenoids to seal it up so there isn't any leakage. Bleed the brakes & the brake paddle goes almost all the way to the ground for the first pump but the car stops no problem but I have to pump the brake peddle twice to get the full pressure with the peddle.
Could this be cause of the new abs modulator?
