Turn Signal Switch disassembled to clean and a spring came out. Where does it go

I need to know where the spring and a plastic cap go.
Hi I was reading a post about Hyundai Santa Fe turn signal switch .
GuruB6C6H answered that persons question. I followed it and I had a spring
come out when I disassemble it. Where does that spring go please.

These switches are not designed to be taken apart. Throw it away and buy a new one or a good used one from your local junkyard. Jim
