I have a 96 honda accord and my tail lights don't work.. I have brake lights and turn signals.. Just no running lights. Headlights and all work..

Check bulb socket for both power and ground. Find out which is missing and this will help lead you to your solution.

This may be a stupid question but there is two wires that came apart on the dash cluster could that be a problem? They worked until I had pulled it out to hook up sunpro guages
