power windowes and sunroof dont work

i have a 97 honda accord that was stolen. When i got it back the power windows and
sunroof wont work. I checked all the fuses. the middle consloe was tore out could this
have caused a short?

Of course it could. They probably just ripped everything out or cut the wires with wire cutters. Could have blown a relay or a fusible link. Time to get a wiring diagram and start tracing the wires.

    I have change the master switch. All of the fuses are good. I have no power at the plug. my power door lock works and the power side view mirrors work as well. relay has power and I have change too
