Passat b6

I have a 2010 Passat 1.6L TDI Bluemotion. I have
recently got a sleeve back exhaust done as I want
the car to be able to boo when changing gears. But
I found out it might not be possible due to the
engine size and the turbo. But I was told even if I
remapped it to 140bhp that it still won't boo. Just
wondering is that true or is there any way in me
making the car sound better and have a boo when
changing gears.
