Question type: General

How much can the passat b6 1.8 tsi (2010) fuel tank hold?
because the fuel tank capacity on the manual is 70 liters, and when i top it up
when its a little above red, it takes around 68 liters. this makes me confused.

Fuel capacities are typically quoted so that you still have about a gallon or two remaining when the gauge reads empty. This helps insure you don't totally empty the tank where your fuel pumps resides preventing the pump from overheating.
