Run wires directly from the battery to test motor itself

I offered cheapest method of testing for those who don't have the extra money to spend (like myself)

In addition to the fuses there is also a couple of relays to check. The fuse diagram should also have these relays listed and what they go to in addition there is an in line relay/fuse for most blowers as well, to check a relay do the same for testing a blower motor just apply power from the battery to the terminals of the relay and if you hear it click it is working. No click = bad relay. Also check the ac and see if it works, if it is making heat/cold but not blowing then the blower just isn't getting power and possibly is bad. If it also is not making heat or cold in addition to not blowing then something is interrupting the control circuit. I've had the internals of control knobs fail and cause this as well on newer models.
