2005 Chevy Uplander. Replaced battery, no internal electrical power!

Asked by Ann Mar 27, 2015 at 07:11 PM about the 2005 Chevrolet Uplander LT Extended AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Upon replacing the battery,  none of the
internal lights, gauges, radio or dvd player
will go on.  Car starts and external lights go
on...
What is going on?
Any ideas?

It's possible you blew out one of the large fuses under the hood, or you left a wire off one of the battery posts when you put in the new battery
