Something is wrong with the system, take it to your favorite shop so they can pull the codes and check it out. Be aware that when this light is on you will not have Antilock brakes, it reverts to a standard braking system so in a panic stop you could lock up the wheels resulting in a longer stopping distance, so drive with caution.

Probably needs a wheel speed sensor. Brakes will work normally, get it checked out. Most common is RF Wheel speed sensor

my uplanders abs light was due to seized caliper.
