2001 Honda Prelude sputter and backfire

I washed my engine on my 2001 Honda Prelude.  I know stupid me, wasn't even
thinking.  Now it XScale hard to start, backfires, when it runs, it runs really rough  
I pulled a p1399 code

Dry out the engine and pay special attention to the ignition system such as the spark plugs and coils. P1399 is a random misfire.
