89 honda prelude wont crank

I have an 89 honda prelude that wont crank and i
cant figure out why i replaced the starter and the
battery checjed all the wires for the starter and
batter all of those are good but when i turn the key
one click all the lights and radio come on like
normal but as soon as i go to start it everything
shuts off it doesnt click or anything like the starter
doesnt even try to turn ive checked everything i
could possibly think of clutch switch, spark plugs,
starter, battery, and all the wiring can anyone tell
me what my problem could be

See if it jump off with jumper cables and another auto running or booster box. Chime back in to let me know if it turned over or what happens.

Little black box looks like a large relay under the dash & steering column. I believe its called the ignition starter relay either way my 89 did the same as yours and I could not figure it out and shop charged me to replace this gizmo and it started right up.
