Triangle light on my dash won't turn off when I go to drive it

My 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Xlt's (I guess the correct
name for it is safety problem light (the triangle with the ! In
it)) e brake light wont turn off. This is My only vehicle to get
around to and from work/ errands with and I don't want to
mess up my truck. How do fix this issue? It started out only
coming on every now and the like when I'd go over a really
rough road or pot holes. But now it's on all the time whether
my e brake is engaged or not. Please help, any advise
would be appreciated.

An E brake light on will indicate the brake is activated or you are low on brake fluid. I would first check the brake reservoir, is the fluid up to the max line? If not, add some till it is and then inspect the truck for where it leaking from. Usually it will leak at the hoses around the wheels or the metal brakes lines will rust if you live up north. If the reservoir is full, I would have your mechanic check your E brake cables.
