Transmission issue

Asked by Overit187 Sep 18, 2018 at 02:54 AM about the 2001 Honda Accord LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Honda Accord LX and I’ve
been to a bunch of places looking for help
and can’t seem to get an honest answer ok
so this is my issue My car starts fine but
once I start to drive when it switches off of
first gear it does a jerk all the other gears
switch fine until i slow down or stop and
once again it will do it after a while of
driving it starts to like drag the gear and
than after it’s been driven for a while when
I switch from drive to reverse it has a delay
and slightly jerks I’m pretty sure it’s the
transmission I just don’t understand why
no lights or codes come up idk what to do
anymore maybe this car has been rigged
cause a few other weird things happen like
after I turn the car off the windows still go
up and down for about another 3 min
another thing is when my car burned all it’s
oil which I couldn’t understand why either,
my dash never warned me idk what to do
anymore the only code that ever came up
was the egr valve which has already been
replaced I don’t know what else to do...
