Hoses that run to where? I'm taking a guess here but I bet it is coming from the water pump. In relation to the engine, where do you see a puddle? And what size motor is in there?

Location is important to narrow down the possibilities. Could be the water pump or even the radiator. Where is it puddling under the car? When you say you are adding coolant and it will be gone in a matter of minutes, are you looking at the level in the reservoir and is the car overheating?
