Icm replacement

I have replaced the climate control unit and several
things are acting weird. The windows won’t work.
And when I turn the car off the climate control stays
on. What did I do wrong?

I'd love to know what you did to fix it. I've got the same issues this week. What looked like a fan that will not turn off has me chasing 100 electronic demons. Must be one central issue.
