One or more of your four brake calipers is stuck and not releasing. The sticking caliper will have very hot rotors. A lot hotter than the other ones. Replace accordingly and consider replacing pads and rotors while it's apart. Older vehicles do this a lot.

Could well be a dragging brake. That can be due to a bad brake line/hose, a bad caliper, a bad wheel cylinder (for drum brakes) or even a hung up ebrake. It may also be a wheel bearing going out, but that tends to make noise. If you can jack up car and spin tires by hand you may feel which one is hard to turn. Pump the brake then let off, then spin tire. It should turn freely unless brake fluid is being prevented from returning to master cylinder. You could also crack open the bleeder valve after pumping and letting off brakes, fluid should barely trickle out. If it shoots out then you have a bad line or hose. If it does trickle out and wheel still doesn't turn, then you likely have a bad caliper.

I have 02 silverado 6.0 gas automatic, I would be driving and thr truck felt like it was sluggish and when I hit the brakes it pull to the side and it would not release. I found out after replacing the calipersot did the same about a week later I found that the rubber brake lines to caliper was closing up from rust building up inside the brackets. After I replaced both rubber lines to the calipers on the front axle, the truck had no more issues with the brakes locking up. Now I'm going to change the back rubber brakes lines just to be safe and from causing this problem again
