After fender bender, brackets popping out of headlights

Hi there,

I was in a small fender bender tonight and
rear ended another car going 4 or so MPH.
Only minor damage visible, but I noticed two
small plastic tabs hanging out from the top of
both of my headlights. I popped one back in,
but the other came out. Are these brackets?
Estimated cost of repair? The bumper and
lights look fine, other than this. Thanks so
much!
