95 Honda civic

So my Honda civic died when I was driving
home the other day. I lost all gas and
breaks. And now when you try to start it the
starter runs but doesn't connect or turn the
engine. I've head distributor or relay. But I
did need a trannt flush bad and wondering if
I get that changed with a new filter if it may
start without replacing everything else.

If the starter is not engaging the fly wheel then starter may be bad or not getting power. Transmission service fluid & filter will not fix the starter. For some reason it died and lost all power and now will not turn the engine over I would first have the battery load tested auto-zone can do this for you. I would check the battery terminals & terminal wires for corrosion and burned and melted , frayed wires replace if needed, Check ground from frame to engine block and ground from battery to frame. Check all fuses. Have alternator tested at auto-zone too. If this gets you going then do a transmission full service.
