2016 Tacoma 7500 miles. Clutch is slowly moving
up & down & truck won't start in cold weather. I
have to use clutch start cancel button to start the
truck. It shifts just fine & working great & problem
gos away after I pump the clutch about 20 times.

Probably has an issue with the slave cylinder or the throw out bearing. Take it to the dealer as suggested.
