Clutch

Asked by Jan 29, 2017 at 06:56 AM about the 2016 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab V6 TRD Sport 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2016 Tacoma 7500 miles. Clutch is slowly moving
up & down & truck won't start in cold weather. I
have to use clutch start cancel button to start the
truck. It shifts just fine & working great & problem
gos away after I pump the clutch about 20 times.

Since the truck is close to new and under warranty, why bother spending time and money on a fix? Have the Toyota dealer get it resolved for free without getting your hands dirty.

Probably has an issue with the slave cylinder or the throw out bearing. Take it to the dealer as suggested.
