Question type: Car Customization

Can the AWD some how be programed to NOT engage just because the
windshield wipers  are turned on? Also AWD NOT engaged just because the
outside temp drop to 34 deg. it then stays engaged until temp reaches 40 deg.

Ask your Chrysler dealer but I think you are stuck with these features.

There is a system called a Tazer from Zautomotive that can for the systems to stay in AWD, RWD, or normal operation.
