2016 Colorado Diesel AC

Driving with the AC on and a mist comes out of the vents and AC quits
blowing cold air out and fan slows down . This happens when driving at
highway speeds . Taken back to the dealership 4 times for the same thing and
they cannot find any codes or reproduce the problem. Still under warranty,
what do we do ?
