Storage of my 2016 Z06

Asked by GuruJTSRB Jul 27, 2020 at 12:03 AM about the 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2LZ Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After having been in storage for several months, My 2016 Z06 was fired up
twice today for less than 60 seconds each time. It shows very low oil
pressure and would not shift into any gear (manual transmission). Is this
something anyone else has experienced? is it just that those pressures need
to come up and I should run it for a few minutes? Advice or suggestions? I
sure don't want to burn it up.

Better check the oil level! You should probably have the car towed to a mechanic.

Sounds like a microswitch on the shifter assembly or a broken wire on the shifter assembly.
