Could be valve or bearing noise.how many miles? do you change oil on time? is there oil in it?

You can try this it may or may not help but add some Lucas Engine Oil Stabilizer to engine oil worked for me when lifters was ticking.
When I leave it idling it does a loud ticking sound and when I accelerate it , it ticks even faster can anyone help me it would be greatly appreciated.
