spare metal key in fob does not open car door

neither fob will unlock car. inside fob is a spare metal key. i insert it in lock but
can not turn it. still cannot open door

Spare metal key should unlock the door, try it again.

If your Lincoln is still under warranty Ford or Lincoln will tow it to the repair shop for free. If it is out of warranty call a locksmith to get into the vehicle. It sounds like the car's battery is totally discharged.
